Instead of thinking of it as 'throwing a tantrum', see this as a sign that your child can't manage their emotions and needs your support.
These are common behaviours in young children, but that doesn’t make them easy to support as a parent!
Some children seem to feel overwhelmed by emotions all the time, while others rarely do. Over time, most children become more able to express their feelings and so you may see these behaviours naturally decrease.
